Our Italian style sauce is made weekly in house, our toppings are hand placed for uniformity and even application, and we use 1/2 pound of hand-shredded mozzarella on almost every pizza!!! 12” Sausage & Mushroom
- 12” Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni – ½ pound of local mozzarella, our own formula, proprietary blend of raw sausage for extra freshness, large Chicago style sliced pepperoni
- 12” Cheese – As simple as it sounds, over a half pound of cheese goes on top of our homemade sauce to create perfection for the simple eater.
- 12” 5 Meat – OVER a pound of toppings on our custom 5 meat. Each incredible 5 meat contains Sausage, Pepperoni, Bacon, Ham, Ground Beef. This is currently a Bar/Restaurant Exclusive item, not available for retail sale.

- Garlic Cheese Bread – Made with Gonnella Bread, one of Chicago’s oldest (1886) bread makers along with our special blend of spice and cheese. Each 7” loaf is cut in half to extinguish the hunger of even the biggest eaters. Serve whole or cut into fingers for sharing with a dipping sauce.
- Homemade Chili – Our homemade chili was formulated in 1993 by the same firemen that built the brand. Fresh beef, red bean,s and Vermicelli pasta combine to create a killer blend of comfort food that tastes unique, yet familiar. Available all year long.
